Richard A. Harrington

President & Chief Executive Officer

Richard has led Westbeck Trust Bank since 2012, guiding the institution through its most transformative period of growth. Under his leadership, total assets have more than doubled and the bank has earned national recognition for customer service excellence. A 30-year veteran of regional banking, Richard holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and serves on the American Bankers Association board.

Catherine M. Ellis

Chief Financial Officer

Catherine joined Westbeck Trust Bank in 2015 after senior roles at two major regional banks. She oversees financial reporting, capital planning, treasury, and investor relations. Her disciplined approach to capital allocation has earned Westbeck Trust Bank its top-tier credit ratings and strengthened the institution's position as one of the most financially sound banks in the region.

James oversees all revenue-generating banking divisions including Personal, Business, and Commercial banking. He joined Westbeck Trust Bank in 2009 as head of Commercial Banking and was promoted to CBO in 2018.

Sophia joined Westbeck Trust Bank in 2019 from a fintech background, bringing a mandate to transform our digital capabilities. She led the development and launch of our award-winning mobile banking platform and is currently overseeing the bank's AI-driven fraud prevention and digital account opening infrastructure.
